Elora Clinic was born from years of curiosity, research, and care.
The story began in high school, when our founder,
Elora Ellis, joined the Chemistry Olympiad team
and started independent research that led to award-winning articles
on biodegradable plastics and graphene materials. These early
achievements cemented a deep commitment to science and innovation.
After moving to the United States, Elora continued her path as a
research assistant at Georgia Tech, gaining further
experience in advanced chemistry. In 2021, this foundation in
scientific inquiry evolved into the world of skincare formulations,
giving life to Elora Clinic.
At Elora Clinic, formulations are never rushed, mass-produced,
or trend-driven. Each product is handmade in our private lab,
using only purposeful ingredients—never cluttered with unnecessary fillers.

Hydration is one of the most fundamental needs of the skin, but not all hydrating
serums feel the same once applied. I created this formula after discovering how
well inositol and hyaluronic acid work together to deliver hydration that feels
comfortable, balanced, and long-lasting.
Through extensive testing, I found that combining inositol with a carefully chosen
concentration of hyaluronic acid created one of my favorite serum textures—deeply
hydrating on application, yet light and weightless once absorbed.
This is a daily-use serum designed to be applied once or even multiple times a day,
layering easily with other products while leaving the skin smooth, refreshed, and
never sticky.

Rather than combining numerous trending actives into one product, this serum keeps its function focused. Hydration is the primary purpose of the formula, making it suitable as a standalone hydrating step or as part of a more advanced skincare routine.
How the Formula Is Designed
The Elora Clinic Hyaluronic Acid Face Serum is built on a water-based system containing Aqua (Water), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice and Glycerin, creating the hydrating foundation of the formula.
Within that base, Sodium Hyaluronate, the form of hyaluronic acid used in the serum, is paired with Inositol. This combination gives the product its distinctive identity as a focused hydration formula rather than a multi-active treatment serum.
The finished formula is designed to feel lightweight, breathable and residue-free, allowing it to layer easily with other skincare products.
Key Formula Ingredients
Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid) is the central hydration ingredient in the formula. As a humectant, it helps support water retention at the skin’s surface and contributes to the smooth, hydrated feel associated with the serum.

Because this is a water-based cosmetic, the formula also contains a preservation system of Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol and Sorbic Acid. Preserving a water-containing serum is an important part of maintaining the microbiological integrity of the finished cosmetic during normal storage and use.
