You can submit a formal request or opt-out by emailing us at customerservice@eloraclinic.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” and specify whether you are: (a) requesting to know/access, (b) requesting deletion, (c) requesting correction, (d) opting out of sale or sharing, or (e) limiting sensitive personal information. We will verify your request as required by law (for example, by confirming control of your email or account). Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California residents may direct us to stop selling or sharing their personal information. After we process your opt-out, we will not sell or share your personal information unless you later authorize us to do so. • Elora Clinic is not responsible for adverse reactions, especially if you have pre-existing conditions (e.g., eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, acne, hypersensitivity, allergies).
• You assume full responsibility for application and results and agree to consult a medical/skincare professional if uncertain.
• You release Elora Clinic and its affiliates from liability for injury, harm, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction arising from product use.
• Patch testing prior to full use is strongly recommended.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Content and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with medical questions.

4. Intellectual Property

All site content—including images, logos, product descriptions, copy, and formulations—is owned by Elora Clinic and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elora Clinic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, including allergic reactions, misuse, or technical issues.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds except for reasonable causes (defects/damage) or unopened items returned within 7 days. Contact support for approval before shipping any return.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Cross-Company Use of Information (Elora Clinic Corporation & eLOR Production)

Elora Clinic Corporation and its affiliated entity eLOR Production may access and use submitted information for lawful purposes, including marketing campaigns, collaboration/casting outreach, production announcements, business development, and creative communications—even if your original interaction was limited to one entity. You may opt out of marketing from either brand at any time via email; however, legitimate business uses (e.g., fulfilling orders, preventing fraud) may continue as permitted by law.
